WORK OUT TWO

Smith machine squats with band// 20kgs banded squats 10reps// 5 deep pulse squats 20kgs // Banded squats 10reps // 6 deep pulse squats 

WORK OUT THREE
2 sets Banded crab walk // 2 sets Banded hip thrusters
