I am always looking on social media platforms for daily fitness inspiration to try either at home or in the gym.
I recently tried a few different HIIT recommendations that I found on Instagram from other social media influencers.
These are definitely a good workout, they got me sweating and huffing and puffing haha.

MEGGAN GRUBB- HIIT workout
1. 4 jumping lunges into burpees
2. Squat walks into star power jumps
3. 4 plank walk ups into 8 jumping mountain climbers
4. last box jump overs
30 secs per exercise- 4 rounds. 1 MINUTE rest in-between.
This workout was great. I did think at first from watching her videos I may have struggled with the “power star jump” but they aren’t as hard as they look.
I changed the order around of her workouts to suit me personally.
Starting with the lunges and burpees exercise I knew I would probably end up having poor technique for this one if I did it closer to the end of the set.
I generally have bad hips from years of dancing so I try not to do mountain climbers too much and change to plank position- jumping my legs in and out instead.
Overall I really enjoyed this workout. I always find Meggan has great recommendations.
